The League Rep acts on behalf of the HOISC in the policy making decisions. The League Rep also attends these meetings to gather information about soccer issues around the greater Des Moines area and report back to the HOISC at their monthly meetings. The League Rep is also important in setting guidelines and policies for the HOISC.
